We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all components included.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal care items, customized products, final-sale items, and gift cards are generally not eligible unless defective.
To initiate a return, email support@indicrest.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
Return approval is subject to eligibility verification.
Direct exchanges are currently not available. You may return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for return:
- If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we bear the cost of the return.
