Returns Process – Frequently Asked Questions

 

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible products.

Items must be:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In original packaging
  • With all labels and components intact

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items are eligible for return upon verification.

 

You may initiate a return by:

  • Logging into My Account → Orders → Request Return
  • Emailing support@indicrest.co.uk with your Order ID and reason along with images and videos of the order.

Our support team will guide you through the next steps.

 

The following items are non-returnable unless defective:

  • Opened or used personal care products
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Customized or personalized products
 

Before dispatch: Orders may be cancelled or modified upon request.

After dispatch: Orders cannot be modified. You may refuse delivery, and once the item is returned to us, a refund or replacement will be processed subject to inspection.

Once the quality check is passed for the order, the refunds are processed within 7 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
